Langham Hall supports the launch of Orchard Street’s inaugural Impact Fund

Orchard Street Investment Management LLP (‘Orchard Street’), the UK focused commercial property investment manager, has announced the launch and first close of its inaugural Impact Fund, Orchard Street Social and Environmental Impact Partnership (‘SEIP’). The fund is targeting commitments of £400m, and has held a first close at almost £90m with the Brunel Pension Partnership acting as the cornerstone investor.

The sector agnostic fund will target value-add real estate investment opportunities with a focus on decarbonising existing buildings, investing in local communities and making buildings healthier for those that live and work in them.

We have been appointed to provide administration, accounting services and depositary services from our London office. In addition, Langham Hall Fund Management has been appointed as the Alternative Investment Fund Manager.
