David Kraushaar
Director, Real Estate - Luxembourg
David Kraushaar is a Director in the Real Estate practice in the Luxembourg office. He has more than 17 years’ experience in finance, accounting and audit mainly in alternative investment structures including unregulated real estate structures, commercial groups and Investment holding companies.
Prior to joining Langham Hall, David was CFO of an Alternative Asset Manager for 6 years. Prior to that he worked in Management Consulting and Audit at Grant Thornton and KPMG Luxembourg. He has extensive knowledge and experience in preparation and audit of standalone and consolidated financial statements under IFRS and Luxembourg GAAP.
David is a Chartered Accountant (FCCA), INSEAD-certified Director (IDP-C), a Member of the Luxembourg Association of Directors (ILA) and holds a degree in Business Law.
