What we do

Leveraging over 10 years of regulatory reporting experience, we prepare and file Form PF reports on behalf of relevant fund managers to the SEC.

Under the Dodd-Frank reforms, SEC-registered investment advisers to private funds must file regulatory transparency reports at least annually. Filing frequency and complexity increase as assets under management grow. Form PF provides regulators with insight into exposures, leverage, liquidity and systemic risk.

Advisers must report at firm level and at fund level, covering relevant funds known to the SEC. The reporting requirements are likely to increase further at individual vehicle level rather than on a consolidated basis, significantly increasing scope and data manipulation requirements.
