Operator services

We are authorised and regulated by the FCA to act as Operator for collective investment schemes (CIS) that do not fall under AIFMD.
What we do
Certain joint ventures, partnerships and asset holding arrangements can be classified as a Collective Investment Scheme in the UK. Where this applies, an FCA authorised Operator is required to establish, operate and wind up the scheme in line with applicable regulation.
We provide Operator services with a control-led approach, supporting governance, regulatory compliance and ongoing operational delivery so stakeholders have clarity on responsibilities and decision-making.
