Keith McShea Chairman of Langham Hall Luxembourg.

He joined LHL in 2013 to set up the regulated fund administration and depositary services business and spent 10 years as Managing Director.

Keith is an English-qualified solicitor and, prior to joining LHL, he practised as a funds and regulatory lawyer at Berwin Leighton Paisner (now BCLP) and Mayer Brown in London focusing on the formation and regulation of funds and their managers. Keith has also held senior positions at fund servicing businesses in Jersey, London and Luxembourg. He has particular expertise on the AIFMD and funds regulation including AML.

He is a fluent French speaker with an honours degree in French and Business from Leeds University.
