Alan O'Neill

Alan O’Neill is Global Chief of Staff, coordinating firmwide initiatives in client delivery infrastructure, people development and Langham Hall’s professional services culture.

His remit includes special projects relating to Wolfram computable data and AI, working with the relevant leads across jurisdictions to develop new capabilities in data, reporting and client service. He also works with the firm’s HR leads to maintain consistent standards in leadership, structured teamwork, mentoring and apprenticeship.

Alan has spent 16 years at Langham Hall, with experience spanning client delivery, leadership, systems and operational efficiency. He holds a degree in Business Studies from the University of Limerick and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA, CGMA).
