Support:
- Internal training on private equity compliance knowledge to develop your skills and prospects.
- 5 days work per week/study and exam leave/performance bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Establish solid understanding of AML requirements in several jurisdictions (e.g. Cayman/BVI/HK/SG/AU/Japan).
- Build compliance knowledge to deliver comprehensive client support.
- Manage client expectations and provide practical business solutions.
- Update and maintain compliance records and documentation.
- Assist with tax reporting and filings (e.g. FATCA/CRS).
- Conduct legal research to support regulatory and business needs.
- Provide support colleagues in day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any major is required.
- Positive attitude, self-discipline, and pride in delivering high quality work.
- Good command of written and spoken in English/Cantonese/Mandarin is required.
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
- Strong motivation to develop your career in private equity compliance Industry.
- Proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint is required.
- Previous compliance/company secretary knowledge is a plus.
