Graduate, Investor Relations and Compliance

Support:

  • Internal training on private equity compliance knowledge to develop your skills and prospects.
  • 5 days work per week/study and exam leave/performance bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish solid understanding of AML requirements in several jurisdictions (e.g. Cayman/BVI/HK/SG/AU/Japan).
  • Build compliance knowledge to deliver comprehensive client support.
  • Manage client expectations and provide practical business solutions.
  • Update and maintain compliance records and documentation.
  • Assist with tax reporting and filings (e.g. FATCA/CRS).
  • Conduct legal research to support regulatory and business needs.
  • Provide support colleagues in day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in any major is required.
  • Positive attitude, self-discipline, and pride in delivering high quality work.
  • Good command of written and spoken in English/Cantonese/Mandarin is required.
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
  • Strong motivation to develop your career in private equity compliance Industry.
  • Proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint is required.
  • Previous compliance/company secretary knowledge is a plus.
