Register of overseas entities
We provide registration and verification support for overseas entities that own property or land in England and Wales and are required to register with the Companies House Register of Overseas Entities.

The Register of Overseas Entities (ROE) came into force on 1 August 2022 and is administered by Companies House. Overseas entities that want to buy, sell or transfer UK property or land must register and disclose beneficial owners or managing officers, then file annual updates to keep information current.
Independent verification must be completed by a UK regulated agent acting as a verification agent. Langham Hall is an approved verification agent and can conduct the relevant checks, support evidence gathering and complete verification in line with the requirements.
