Joseph Watson

Joseph Watson is a Senior Manager based in the United States. He brings over 10 years’ experience across private fund administration, real estate investment management and public accounting, with expertise in interpreting complex fund structures and partnership agreements, including how they drive the accounting basis, waterfall calculations and management fee methodologies. At Langham Hall, he oversees client service delivery across a broad US client base and leads firmwide initiatives in workflow enhancement and automation that improve the efficiency and consistency of reporting.

Prior to joining Langham Hall, Joseph worked within the finance team of a real estate investment manager, with responsibility for fund and investment-level reporting across a portfolio of funds with an aggregate book value of over $3 billion. Before this, he spent nearly five years in real estate audit, where reviewing transactions, valuation models and fund-level allocations against partnership agreements laid the groundwork for his current role.
