Allen Feng

Allen Feng is a Senior Manager based in the United States. He brings over 14 years’ experience in the private equity industry, with extensive knowledge of buyout funds, funds of funds, feeder funds, co-investment vehicles and direct investments, as well as complex fund structures and waterfall calculations.

Prior to joining Langham Hall, Allen held senior roles in fund administration, most recently as a Vice President managing private equity and fund of funds clients with aggregate commitments of over $10 billion. Before this, he spent nine years working in day-to-day fund operations and reporting.

Allen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accountancy from CUNY Baruch College (Zicklin School of Business).
