Our London office employs around 250 people and is one of Langham Hall’s largest hubs. From here, we provide an integrated service model for fund managers setting up UK onshore products, spanning fund administration and accounting, depositary, host AIFM and appointed representative services.

The London team also supports non-EU based sponsors with regulatory requirements when marketing funds in Europe, with depositary-lite and Annex IV reporting services. Our experience covers limited partnerships, corporates, REITs and holding vehicles, and we act as operator and trustee for joint venture, carry and co-investment vehicles.

We are actively engaged with local industry bodies including the BVCA, AREF and INREV, and are approved partners of the ACCA and CIMA.
