Alain Kennedy

Alain Kennedy is an Executive Director in the Jersey office. He is responsible for business operations in relation to, risk and compliance, client operations, business controls and legal counsel.
Previously, Alain was Head of Compliance for the LH Channel Island business and has held key person roles in Singapore, Jersey and Guernsey.
Alain is a qualified member of the International Compliance Association and is a Qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner.
