Ferlynn Lim, assistant fund accountant in Langham Hall’s real estate team, has been awarded a prize from Kaplan Financial for scoring the highest mark in her ACCA P7 Advanced Audit and Assurances exam.
Ferlynn took the paper in June this year and received recognition for her score of 70 at a prize-winners event held in London on October 28.
Success in the ACCA P7 exam means Ferlynn requires just the P6 Advanced Tax exam in December in order to complete her formal ACCA series. Facing her final exam, she said: “The pressure will be on to pass it!”
As well as passing a succession of exams, candidates are also required to complete 3 years on-the-job work in order to achieve the full ACCA qualification.
Ferlynn began at Langham Hall in January 2014 having worked as a research associate at a financial research company focussed on the financial performance of the oil and gas industry in North America.
